TAX CLUB
We congratulate you for registering as a participant for the Smart Trainee Tax Club. The objective of this program is to provide the content as well as develop your interpretational and presentation skills to meet the challenging times of a tax professional.
Round 1:
We had organized a test on Monday 9th February 2009 and we are in the process of evaluating your performance. All the participants registered for the program are eligible to participate irrespective of their performance in the test. This test is only to evaluate the present level of your understanding of tax laws in order to enable us to structure the content of the program.
Round 2:
There will be a full day program on presentation skills on Friday 13th February 2009 at Nungambakkam class room premises (No.21, Dr.Thirumoorthy Nagar Main Street, Nungambakkam) from 9.30 am – 5.30 pm. This program will be conducted by Ms. Gayathri Sriram, soft skill trainer, which is intended to improve your presentation skills and give the necessary courage to stand up before audience and express your views with conviction.
Round 3:
The first level of presentation will be from 16th – 19th February 2009 at the Society of Auditors premises. Each participant has to make a presentation for 15 minutes. The participants will be evaluated by external and internal resource person.
The participants have to make their presentation on the dates during 16th -19th February 2009. The name of participants who have to make presentations for each day is given in Annexure A to this mail. We are also giving in Annexure B the list of topics from which you could select any one topic and email to us immediately. In case the topic is already selected by another participant the office (Prime Academy) will contact you and request you to select another topic.
Round 4:
The second level of presentation will be held on 25th February 2009 between 6 - 8.30 pm where the short listed candidates have to make their presentation.
Round 5:
The final level of presentation will be held on 3rd March 2009.

First Prize- Rs 9000
Second Prize- Rs.5000
Third Prize – Rs.3000
Other Rules:
- All participants should maintain time schedule.
- All participants should attend all the sessions even if they are eliminated from the contest.
- The presentations will have to be completed within the time frame of 15 minutes.
- Each participant is permitted to bring maximum of two guests.
- The performance will be evaluated as per internal guidelines.
