How to Succeed 1. Don’t talk negatively about people behind their
backs. If you gossip people won’t confide in you. Better mind your own
business. 2. Try to work for someone who will challenge your
powers. You will learn more in one year than in four years of college. 3. Successful bosses have good communication skills.
They learn from people including their employees. 4. Work in such a way that makes your boss look good. It
is not sycophantic. 5. On the downsizing the first to go are few friends.
Bosses prefer competent people whim they respect. 6. Dress for the job you want and not the dress you
have. Dressing mirrors professionalism. 7. Work out to spruce yourself. Unless exceptionally
skilled the unhealthy are at a comparative disadvantage. 8. Personal integrity is decisive. Tell nothing but the
truth. Bosses can forgive you for your mistakes, but if you lie you are gone. 9. Be on time. Arrive few minutes early, relax yourself.
You can generate better results. 10. Strive to keep a deadline. If failed within the time,
apologize and ask for an extension. 11. Personal things must be avoided. It is better to
carry things for the best results. 12. If you want
to correct or suggest someone, never do it in front of others. 13. Spend sometime with your shadow everyday. What is
the mission of my life? What do I want to be? And how to go about it? 14. Always remember that the secret of success is
passion. Always think big, spread love and joy. You’ll have blissful
years ahead. All the above 14 mantras are of great importance to the
Interns. Try applying it at your office pressure. |
